Jay Kim
Jay has over 20 years of experience in the interior design and architectural fields covering both domestic and international projects. She has a Master of Science from Pratt Institute, and developed her skills at top tier design firms like Yabu Pushelberg and the Rockwell Group in New York City leading and completing projects. She continued to develop and apply her leadership at Tiffany & Co as a consulting lead, where she established interior design guidelines for Global Store Design worldwide and facilitated the design department’s transformation during the LVMH acquisition.
Jay established Ms J STUDIO in 2017, and acts as the Principal. She leads a small but dedicated team.
As Ms J STUDIO, she has led a number of luxury commercial projects like the Four Seasons, Equinox Hotel and Union Square Café for top design firms and hospitality groups to create concepts, brands and feel as well as execute from start to finish. She also completed a number of high-end Residential building Projects, 15 Hudson Yards and The Set in Hudson Yards, the latest and largest development in NYC.
Her leadership and design sensibility also extends into high-end residential projects with developers from the Related Companies and K. Hovnanian to private clients who trust her for delivering top notch service. Jay is an expert in crafting luxury experiences that are stylish, desirable and immersive.
With her vast experience in retail, commercial and high-end residential design, she is talented in turning any project into smart solutions for her clients.

Anna Maria Kasimati
Anna Maria is a registered architect in the EU and has over 12 years experience. She possesses a strong background in the field of Architecture, alongside advanced technical and computer skills, able to participate in different phases of architecture design projects from conceptual design to preparing construction documents. She has extensive knowledge of the production of technical construction drawings. She has a Master Degree of Architecture from Pratt institute. Anna and Jay met in Rockwell Group and finished a number of projects together successfully.
Business Manager
James Perng
James has over 15 years of Finance, Business Management and Strategy experience. He takes the time to listen to clients and the principals to assist with developing solutions that best fit client needs. His experience in working for Fortune 50 firms his entire career, experience in business and the ability to understand and execute on the strategy and operation side of the business positions him to be a perfect partner to deliver the firm to clients in support of the Principals and add to top-notch client experience.
